Meet the Team

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

  • Director

Karen Bonner has nearly 30 years of experience advocating for the Deaf community, along with a lifetime of personal experiences, that she brings to Outreach Services. Over the years, she’s had the opportunity to work with individuals in a variety of settings, including group homes, schools, and other community-based environments, all within the mental health, developmental disabilities, and Deaf communities.

Karen is passionate about language development, building parent confidence, and supporting a whole-child approach in early childhood. She believes these early experiences play a critical role in a child's emotional well-being and long-term success.

A Georgia native, Karen enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with her two sons.
